Who can submit

• Emerging Artist Members – View-only access to VAA Voices.
• Working Artist Members – May submit up to 3 announcements per month.
• Exhibiting Artist & Distinguished Artist Members – Enjoy full posting privileges with no monthly limit.

Submission guidelines

• Keep it concise – 150-word maximum announcement.
• Imagery – One high-resolution image (JPEG/PNG, ≤ 5 MB) is encouraged.
• Essential details – Include event title, date(s), location or link, and contact info.
• Lead time – Submit at least 14 days before you’d like the post to go live.

Review & Posting

• Submissions are reviewed within 4–7 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your announcement is approved and scheduled.
• VAA reserves the right to edit text for length, clarity, or tone.
