Matt commenced proceedings by discussing the most recent VAA fundraiser, held on Saturday April 18th,which was a huge success. Discussions with HAA are ongoing, but look positive for VAA.Two groups were formed, which is logistically understandable, then, at the end, both groups were able to see the work from the other. The artists showed their work and members of the group made comments about their pieces. Although opinions are obviously personal, the criticism was positive and,by-and-large, was meant to benefit rather than be detrimental It seemed that the artists were genuinely interested in the feedback, which is the whole point of constructive criticism.
