VAA has been a wonderful organization and has contributed significantly to my artistic growth by keeping me connected with the artistic community here in Houston. It is a great pleasure to participate in the semiannual competitions, to see the work of other artists and to display my work in prominent Houston environments. This is a very well run organization and a great help to the Houston art community.
