Educational Program: Artist Trading Cards

Keri Bas presented the art form called “artist trading cards“, or “atc’s”. ATC’s are small, typically 2 1/5″ x 3 1/2″ pieces of art that are traded among artists. There are no other rules which means they can be tiny paintings, drawings, collages, mixed media, etc. Artists will collect them and either keep them in binders or actually frame them up to enjoy.

In this hands-on workshop, artists actually made their own and then they were spread out and the trading began. It was a little awkward as all art trades go. This is because you might not like anything another artist is offering you! But this time, everything was traded.
